My friend Jeff Mayernik posted a great post today about Social Media Analysis tools, and I though it was pretty thought provoking. What I like was that it wasn’t another Klout is crap post… Instead he looked at a few tools and gave some honest thoughts and examples. The tool he shared I liked the best was Twtrland because it showed me that while I have a large following and get some links clicked on via Twitter (because I am a fairly good curator of information) I do not have conversation there like I do on Google +. Basically my Twitter is over capacity! I share a TON of great links but I do not give people the opportunity to know me. Anyways, It really made me rethink the way I tweet and I thought it might be useful. You can see the full text here:
Social Media Analysis tools – Where is that grain of salt at, anyway?

One of my friends shared this link this morning and I think that it can be used as a great example of why people have a distorted view of themselves on the internet. Plus, it’s just kind of fun. http://www.tweetpsych.com
